'99 Factory Softtop installed on a '95 Miata

I installed a '99 top + frame on my '95 about 2 months ago. It is actually a very straight-forward, bolt-in job. If you have everything figured out before starting, it'll take you less than 3 hours if you work very slowly. The top has made the Miata experience an entirely new one for me. I no longer debate if I should to put the top up when I'm at the mall, 'cos I can lower my top in 2 seconds flat.

The top cost me $750, which I thought was *very cheap* for what you get. Try pricing an aftermarket piece with just the rain rail/gutter, glass window, and defroster! Also, with the much, much, much simpler installation, you'll save about $200 on a professional installation.

A friend of mine has a Robbins top with glass window, and she's been begging me to install a '99 top on her '90 Miata. The new top looks really gorgeous on my car!!!

I'm VERY pleased with the top. It's the best add-on any M1 owner can add to his/her Miata.(ranks right up there with the FMIII Turbo! :o))

Over 30 minutes to remove completely
